Waiting.....

I have signed up for BT Infinity and my new BT Smart Hub has been delivered, unpacked, connected and set up.  It is working fine, but at my 'old' Broadband speed.  BT are due to upgrade my connection to the new 'fibre to the cabinet' system today, but it's now 8pm and nothing has happened.  They say it will happen remotely, and I will lose Broadband for 30 minutes whilst Infinity gets up and running......frustration rules :-(
