All Over Now

Eventually I was allowed to bring Igor home today. He had an episode of rapid heart rate at just about the time they were thinking of letting him go. This delayed things a little but it didn't last long and we were allowed to go home early afternoon.

The doctor was fairly confident that he had fixed the problem but sometimes the arrhythmias still happen for a little while after the surgery. He will have a follow up appointment in three months time and will continue to take drugs until four weeks before the date of this appointment.

There's a possibility that we might have to go through this all again in a few months time. Can't think about that at the moment!!

We stopped at this farm shop on the way home. I've passed it many times but this is the first time I've stopped. Better than facing the supermarket!!
