Thumper

The Battle of Britain Memorial Flight Avro Lancaster is nicknamed Thumper.  We got word that it was going to do a test run ( new pilot in training ) down the Upper Derwent Valley.  There was just enough time to drive over the Pennines and get ready to wave it past.
