Scottish Steps

Love this! A map on the stairs inside the National Library of Scotland. I came here today to visit the map exhibition and encountered this as I walked in. I don't know if it's just there on a temporary basis for the duration of the exhibition, or whether it's there permanently. I would love to do something similar with my own stairs at home.

After the exhibition (which was great) I toddled down (and toddle was the word as my legs were starting to tighten after yesterday's Munro) to meet my workmates for our annual day out in Rose Street. I had my usual Pimms in the Dome and then tried the advertised "Rhubarb Gin and dry ginger" in the next pub. First time I have ever ordered gin in a pub, and it was just lovely. So I had another.
