Pilates - a new body
I started doing Pilates three years ago this month. I remember when I started I didn't even think I could get down onto some of the equipment and I could barely do any of the exercises. Now, after all of this time, I can do a very good workout, I'm so much stronger than when I started and I love the sessions. This photo is of my instructor, D, who was doing her own workout with the owner of the studio when I arrived.
As Joseph Pilates said: In 10 sessions you'll feel the difference, in 20 you'll see the difference, and in 30 you'll have a new body.
I'm glad I've stuck with it!
