Today we took a drive to Valdemossa, a beautiful little hill top village with narrow twisty streets to explore and beautiful old buildings and lovely shops. I got a gorgeous new bag and we picked up a few pressies.  Lots of stunning views of the surrounding mountains. We spent the morning there then drove down a very narrow twisty road to Port de Valdemossa. The road was literally wide enough for one car even though it had pointless white lines down the middle and you had to peer out of the side windows to see if anything was coming up the bends below you.

This was probably one of the quietest beaches we found. Only a handful of other families. The beach was stoney but the water was perfect. The kids paddled out and sat on some rocks (see extra pics). There was a little village with a few bars so we sat and had a drink after we'd had a swim and a picnic on the beach.

Then a drive onwards down the coast to Port de Andratx on the south west coast where we had a lovely meal after exploring the harbour and fish market (kids didn't think much to the smell!) and bought Toby a pair of crocs as his sandals are rubbing him.

Drove home via Palma where we saw the gothic Cathedral all lit up, which was really spectacular. Got to bed very very late. Eeeking out our time here as much as possible!!

Tonnes of extra pics today. Had a hard time choosing which ones I wanted to have to remember today!
