The Clean-up Crew
The unsung heroes of the AOG are the members of the clean-up crew who maintain the leafy playing fields and stadiums, keeping them pristine and ready for the competitions. Here is one of these heroes, Fred FleshFly busy at work. He doesn’t have a fancy uniform or expensive gear, but instead Fred uses one of his natural assets as his primary tool. When asked what he likes best about his job, Fred responded between nibbles that it is really the perks he likes best, where occasionally he comes across a tasty morsel, ready for the taking, as captured here.

Thanks to all of you for your lovely comments yesterday about my photography blow-ups at the new hospital. I certainly don’t mean to brag or blow my own horn and I hope it doesn’t appear that way. I am still quite astounded that this has actually happened to me, as it was not something I sought. Where else should I document this, but here on Blipfoto, where I know other Blippers will appreciate it and share my happiness. My journal on Blipfoto has always been about the photography primarily, with occasional documentation of life’s other events thrown in, often as they revolve around photography. That probably explains why I often delve into the technical aspects of my shots… ad nauseum, I’m sure. Thank you all for continuing to indulge and support me. :-)
