Bay of Loviisa

This is a view from the famous Kukkukivi vantage point this evening. This is from the second level of the vantage point. The third / highest level is 49meters above sea level with a very nice view to the Bay of Loviisa. Tower has been renovated 2012. Before that it was closed for not being safe.



The Jugend style tower is a from the Loviisa Spa era. In 1800's it was part of the "terrain spa treatment" to walk from the spa over to the ridge to Kukkukivi lookout tower. During the war a fourth level was build to the tower for antiaircraft action. Picture of the tower in extras.
