Hanging out!

This morning I met up with my friend S to do the local 'Go Ape' challenge, a forest assault course involving zip wires & Tarzan swings. We had so much fun laughing all the way round. Afterwards we had a quick early lunch, a swim & then afternoon tea at the hotel where the Go Ape is located. A really fantastic day, I will definitely sleep tonight!
