Blooming marvelous

The Family Von Lighlies team consists of five plants producing 25 flowers

Their specialist event is synchronised blooming

But they stepped up to the mark with only 19 open.

Under International AOG rules, clause 14 a (iii) {17c} Parts IV and XIV a team "must have at least 20 open flowers to complete"

At first they considered changing from their usual photographer, a well respected Blipper, to a Mr Adobe who's backstreet techniques could bring them up to scratch, eliminating non open team members and adding an open flower, but before they could make that decision, they were eliminated by a harsh panel of judges.

Oh the shame and ignominy it brought to this ancient family with its proud heritage.
