An easy job

for the arsonist as this buxus was very dead. It had given good service and I have a slightly smaller one to take its place. Took a friend to a newly opened garden centre for coffee and lovely cake and bought a plant to fill one of many empty containers. I always read the label but missed the last line until at home, the slugs love this - we are currently battling with an army of these coming out of walling onto patio. Have put plant in saucer larger than pot and surrounded it with ready to eat, fresh pellets. Tomorrow's picture could very well be the result, no, a bit gruesome.
