Mini frisbee in the Park

After the excitement of my Olympic Performance yesterday I am pretty tired today.
I've been editing and uploading photos and finalising flight details for our week in Spain next week, leaving on Monday!
The other day woodpeckers read on my blip that I have a shoulder injury and has very kindly sent me some wonderful homeopathic lotion she makes to rub onto it, along with the lotion her husband CleanSteve popped in some mini frisbees for the kids! Here they are enjoying one of them!
