A wee wander...

...through Dollar Glen this afternoon and a visit to Castle Campbell. I love the walk up the Glen, water coursing below us, waterfalls, paths overhung with trees and foliage and then out onto the hill. Castle Campbell is great too one of my favourites.

The day started with a white envelope arriving for Es...her National 5 results! She did well with 6 A's and 1 C...the C got the biggest reaction from her as it was for Maths and she was convinced she had failed it. Her Dad and I are very chuffed for her. She did work hard.

Rounded off the day with a meal at the Torbrex Inn to celebrate her success. We are all absolutely stuffed now...it was a lovely meal.

Grateful for a full and busy day spent with family.
