A progress shot

The last two weeks have been crazy at the house. Every room has had the electric wires and sockets put in (thanks Tony), plasterboard has been put up, the old staircase removed and replaced with a new one (team work) and plastering is almost complete (the professionals). The kitchen/dining room (as shown) is the last room to be done and this has come on leaps and bounds this week with the stud wall and downstairs loo being erected.

Claire and I are getting rather excited that we will be able to move things in very soon with regards to kitchen, bathroom suits, etc, etc. That is when it becomes a bit more fun for us.
