Morning cycle heading out in to a stiffish westerly breeze but the main sail was full on the way back home. Great fun building up the miles on my road bike again.

Still sanding down the bench - another few hours graft to go but I'm pleased with the results so far. In the evening took Maisie to the beach. High tide and several fishermen and surfers around. A quick iPhone snap of tantallon on the way back to the house.
