Grange-Over-Sands.

It was seaside day today. We went to explore Morecambe but it was quite a disappointment. We were expecting a traditional English seaside with kiss-me-quick hats and candy floss, and instead found a deserted, desultory seafront with a burnt out fairground and deserted rides. The grey clouds and rain didn't help.
So we drove round to Grange-Over-Sands to find a quaint, gentle seaside town, bordered by the promenade giving endless views over Morecambe Bay.
We dodged the showers and enjoyed the sun when it broke through, and I got treated to a traditional cream tea - it is my birthday after all!
