Big Beet

Friend gave me 4 large beetroot from their garden.  I have found homes for two of them and have cooked one.  This one is now awaiting treatment.  Will last me a long time as there is only so much one can eat at a time.  You either love them or hate them - I love them - and they are supposedly good for you which is a bonus.
