Please can I come out to play?

I was out walking Bailey when I spotted this dog peering through the window as Bailey was sniffing around outside.  He/she became very excited on seeing us and clearly wanted to join us - unfortunately not to be as his/her owner quickly intervened and he/she was shooed away.
