Peeps
These are Semipalmated Sandpipers...or peeps. A fascinating sight to see at high tide as they all land on the shore, then take off in a large wave, only to return to the shore again. Looking down onto the shore, they look like grey rocks....such an amazing sight to see them take off to realize how may there are! This was just a small section of the peeps in the air...
