Seaweed

A lovely morning on the beach and it was sunny!
Some swam, some more sensible souls soaked in the scenery and took photos!
I loved this seaweed and haven't seen anything like it before AND it was glinting in the SUNSHINE......
and then just as we were having our sandwiches, the heavens opened and we got soaked  ;0(
Thankfully the sun appeared again after we'd returned to the cottage and dried out just in time for an afternoon stroll.
Tomorrow we're attempting the whale watching trip again.  The forecast isn't brilliant, but it's the best for this week on the days that they operate. We have no expectations and there's a special treat at the end of it for us  ;0)
