"Interrupting All Programmes..."

I called into BBC Radio Merseyside this afternoon to record an interview with the lovely Ngunan Adamu for her 'Upfront' show this coming Sunday night. We spoke about Liverpool Mental Health Festival 2016 (1st - 16th Oct), this year's 'Mental Health and Me' creative writing competition (closing date is 1st September so there's still time to enter if you're a Merseyside resident!), continuing poor mental health outcomes for Black people and the reasons for this... And, on a more positive note, local sources of support, advice and information. I think it went ok!
