THE NERVOUS HERON.

Almost a five mile walk this morning, then home and took a couple of hours to cut down a large broom tree, lunch then to the care home. Little showers now, but nice morning, although it is very windy. The canal path this morning was littered with branches, twigs and leaves, making it a slow ride for the cyclists (which was great).
My extra is the Pole Dancer!
