Weekend Chef No. 1

It's Saturday so there's nothing to worry about - I don't have to be anywhere or do anything. I fancied rustling up something a bit more adventurous and interesting than I normally would, and what you see is the result.

It's bacon braised cabbage topped with sticky caramelised pork chops. Tasted bloody amazing, though I say so myself.
