Olympic Slug Scandal

This morning Slugo didn't feel well. He thought it might have been a little to much beer on the bottom of the plant last night but wanting to do the best for all slugs in his country he slithered on..

Slugee on the other had was well rested and as the race started he quickly built a half lap lead on the great race around the water meter. Then...

Slugo decided to take a shortcut on the back side of the meter knowing no cameras were there along with the only chance he had to catch up. Slugo won by using his outstretched antennae...

That is until Mrs Snailsnail stepped in. Unknown to Slugo and Slugee, Mrs Snailsnail was slithering along minding her own business until she saw something that didn't see right..

Since Mrs Snailsnail was from the same country as Slugee, Slugo thought the fix was on... A short investigation though proved slime from slugo was on the inside of the meter proving Mrs Snailsnail was right allowing Slugee to rightfully take his place on the podium.
