Open Day

The afternoon was spent at a succesful Open Day at the allotment. It was a pleasant way to spend time with friends enjoying tea and home baking, whilst musicians played at one end and basket weaving took place at the other. The children were facinated with the apple pressing machine and we're keen to take a turn. Even the strong gusts of wind didn't dampen the enthusiasm for the day.
