The Last Days of the Holidays!!

Well it had to arrive eventually and tomorrow is that day....the day that I have to finally head back to the Fire Station and start to work (ahem...Ed) for my living once again!!

I managed to group a whole lot of holidays together and have been away from the place since the morning of the 3rd of July!!

We've had days out, endured some rubbishy weather and enjoyed some sunshine along the way (I think it was a Monday this Summer!!).

So today after church this morning, Clare and myself had a wee stroll along the Union Canal and I managed to capture this pic of some of the iconic buildings of central Edinburgh from the outskirts of Ratho.
