Diary of an Edinburgher

Murphy!

We wandered along to see Anne, one of Archie's favourite borrowers. She is organising a Pop Up Art Festival event and has been too busy to come and see him lately, so he went to see her. And what fun it seems to be - there was an artist making a creation using all sorts of stuff. A fun way to spend an afternoon. We should really go back later to see the finished item...

From there we popped (some one of us hobbled) along to Summerhall for we were to meet the legendary Forthports - with the added bonus of also meeting his better half and Murphy the schnauzer! This was not to be missed.

We all had a lovely time - there was lots of kissing, ear nibbling and frolicking under the table. And that was just the dogs.

Taking a photo of both dogs, together, both looking at the camera and both in focus proved impossible with an iPhone. I should have brought my proper camera. I took dozens of shots, just to be sure. And would you believe it, there was not a single one that passed muster. But there had to be, this was the event of the day!

This one will have to do, after much fiddling to erase distracting elements - shoes, bags, leads, coffee tables. Forthport's arm took up the whole of the bottom corner. But I left his knees in. I do miss Photoshop, but Snapseed and Adobe Photoshop Fix will have to suffice on my iPad.

Back home and I'm as puggled as yesterday's pug.
