Common Sighting

Real estate for sale signs: frequent spotted in this neighborhood, they appear one day, and are gone before you get a chance to guess at the price. Sign went up on a Friday and was sold by Tuesday. Went for 30K over the asking price, not unusual, and netted them quite a bit more than they paid in Feb, 2014. This particular one was painful to see. Jen and Kris were in the house across the street for auch a short while, and I'd gotten so fond of them; but they have broken up and are moving on.
