Breezy Brodgar (Day 455)

The blue skies of yesterday were swept away on strong winds and a curtain of heavy rain. We missed the rain as we headed off up the hill the dogs for the morning walk. The hill was much busier than normal with 11 tourists making their way up the steep slope to the tomb while we were there. Normally we don't see a soul.
Whilst my beautiful wife headed out  for a cycle, I annoyed the dogs by hoovering up the carpet of fur that they spread all around the house.
After lunch we went out to Brodgar for a windy walk. The rain stayed off and the sky brightened a bit, but we will have to wait for the blue sky
