The last one from this high school
They actually did a decent job with the cover.
I can't vouch for it's innards.
(certain pages really needed checking and better pictures)
And also a lack of signing space included, which I have personally remedied, though now there's too much.

bleh, people are too messy, and these letters solve nothing.
