Rear of the year

The local agricultural show was almost a wash-out as the afternoon's torrential rain swept across the high land of the venue and the ground turned to mud.

Earlier, scrubbed and groomed farm animals presented their best assets to the judges.
In this sheepish line-up there is a Welsh badger-face, a Southdown, a Jacob and a Border Leicester at the far end with the roman-nose. One animal has been dyed yellow which seems to be an increasingly common practice for show sheep.

Theme tune has to be Woolly Bully from 1965 - don't those get-ups seem horribly un-PC now?
