A lovely day today--not as humid as it's been the past few days--sunny & breezy! Perfect for being outside!  I've got all the weed barrier laid down in the areas I'd weeded, so all we need now is to cover it with mulch and I'll be done with yard work for awhile! The city has a pile of free mulch by it's Dept. of Public Works so we'll probably swing by tomorrow to shovel some into the trailer and bring it home. Loving the start of the Olympics, and also tonight Brett Farve is being inducted into the National Football Hall of Fame, so can't miss that!!  (just in case any of you aren't football fans--perish the thought--Brett Farve was the quarterback for the Green Bay Packers from 1992-2007, winning Most Valuable Player 3 times, 7 division championships, 4 NFC Championships, won the Super Bowl & set all sorts of records: most passing yards, most passing touchdowns, etc.  In this day and age of players frequently changing teams for more money, it was amazing to have a player of that caliber in Green Bay for 15 years! )  :))
