WWII Ruins

It's been a day of sunshine :)  Well, until 6pm and then it clouded over!

Just typical that the sun has been shining all day and it's my weekend on in the museum!  With the fine day, we have been really quiet for the time of year.  Mostly folk popped in for lunch and headed out to the fine day.  There has been plenty of setup to do for next week, when Shetland Boat Week starts.  Mam popped by after tea, and we went hiking up hills with Sammy.  Might try a pint later with friends.

Shame the sun had go in by the I went out to enjoy the day, and the hills were soaking wet too!  Me, mam and Sammy took to the hills to investigate old ruins, which must be from WW2.  They look right over the west and cover most points for the Scalloway harbour.  I'll need to investigate more at work.  Taken on Scrae Field hill, Quarff.
