Boots and Charz

You can clearly see from today's blip that Boots and Charz are feeling much better. They like nothing more than to sit at Grandpa's front window, above the nice hot and cozy radiator keeping a close watch on the limited number of traffic and pedestrians that pass down the little country lane

Going somewhat off topic, it was bangers and mash followed by strawberries with lashings of cream and alarming amounts of sugar on the menu this evening. All very tasty if I may say so.

The cats and myself are crashing out at Grandpa's house tonight then tomorrow it's back into the caravan for me on a small site just outside Cambridge city centre for a few nights of peace and quiet.

Needless to say my two fury friends will stay here whilst I am roughing it on the nearby camping site which is bizarrely something that I really enjoy doing. Forget my house, I'm up for a caravan in a field in the middle of nowhere any day!

Can't wait to get the caravan out again tomorrow although I'm not looking forward to the added stress the process brings upon the two of us. It's a lot of faff but is well worth it when I'm sitting on the site with a cup of tea and watching the world go by from the front window of my little studio apartment on wheels. Now, if that isn’t like heaven then I don't know what is.
