Collage of grasses

Today's post is a varied collection, firstly of grasses that have seeded, and then in the extras a cicada and a variation of a tree branch against the sky.
it was a dull start to the day but this afternoon has turned out well. We are enjoying milder temperatures, 81ºF at 3:30 this afternoon.
