Never seen by me before! Parking is becoming quite a problem in Elie - even more than usual. There are road works, building works, triathlon and a beautiful sunny day bringing many day visitors all putting pressure on limited parking. This Parking Attendant is sent to hotspots round Fife - not sure how he solved ours!
