Rock Springs Cafe Serves...

...dessert in the middle of the desert. We ate lunch here on the way to Sedona. I would have liked to try the pie, but decided I couldn't affort the calories or the sugar. They looked very good, though. What I did eat was a wonderful sandwich made of turkey, bacon and tomato on jalepeno bread. (That wasn't exactly Weight-Watchers, I'll grant you.) Lily promptly fell asleep afterwards and missed the spectacular scenery on the approach to Sedona, but we'll drive by those red rocks again. I took a few pics out the window of the car, but I never like the results of through-the-windshield photography. Tomorrow will be better.
