Soda bread.
With sundried tomatoes and basil.
The buttermilk had been sitting in the fridge for a while....so it's back to baking after eating some delicious bread in Italy.
If you haven't made soda bread before, it's really very easy. It's so quick to make ( about 40 minutes from start to finish), keeps well, can be frozen and makes great toast. No kneading, no rubbing in, just mixing and shaping....
