Cornflower

This beautiful little cornflower is way past its best but still really lovely.  My sister had a wonderful wild flower meadow at the bottom of her garden which is over now and ready to be cut down so I thought I'd take a quick photo or two before it goes completely!

The extra is a Japanese anemone which I rather liked.  My sister is a great gardener so I should be quite spoiled for choice for subjects to blip while we're here!
