Loch Ness

The end of a busy week at work. Today's pic might have been the giant bourbon biscuit Tracie bought me this morning.

Another super day in the velodrome and on the water. Great to see home grown talent so good at what they do, and so far ahead of the competition.

Quick visit to see Murphy tonight and let him out for a pee while Emma and Keir are at Belladrum, then a walk at Loch Ness with Tracy. Wasn't too impressed with the photos at the time, but the last one I took looks much better on screen.
