Cowes Week

It's the first day of Cowes Week, the world famous sailing regatta. I popped down this morning to get a feel of the atmosphere. I couldn't stay long as I have to officiate at a pre-grading this afternoon, and the boy I have been mentoring is being tested too, so I'm a little nervous ;)

The line in this photo was part of the barrier to stop people getting to the cannons, I thought about removing it, but I kind of like it, so left it as taken.
