Meerkat

Always nice to see the meerkat cozy in a group together. These are real family animals. So I made a family photo.

Meerkats live in a hierarchy, each individual in their group has a separate job. Some animals are watchmen and on the lookout. There is always at least one guard active in the group, guards always stand above the rest so they have a better view, they draw on the hind legs and tail. They can give different alarms: a whistling sound, 'beware' means, and a barking noise, and the warner and the rest of the group running for their lives.
