absolutely shattered having bizarrely survived the week.
Ended on a weirdly productive note having got a lot done, not always the best work but really heartened to hear signs of compassion shifting shame after a period of great uncertainty. (not me obviously!)

On that note I would like to thank everyone who bothers to read this dross and bestow hearts and stars so generously. I try to return sometimes, not as often as I would like and I can't on those that are 'closed' journals but I very much appreciate it and thank you.

I was thinking further about the email I had yesterday and why it engenders what it does but still need to think on with that one.
