Day 218 Sawing Logs

Seven years ago the conifers at the bottom of the garden were chopped down and light flooded into the garden. Today son Adam spent the best part of a day sawing the logs into useable lengths for the log burner. Bring on the evenings round the fire!

In this photo I tried to get a close up of the sawdust flying out of the wood as the saw cut through.
