History of paper

FlowerFriday5 with the paper twist 

The word paper is derived from papyros, the Ancient Greek word for the papyrus plant. Paper like material was produced from this plant, long before the paper was invented as we know it today. Not sure if a papyrus counts for FlowerFriday or if it would rather be an entry for a PlantFriday. Anyway, we have a papyrus at home as a decorative element and it became my blip model today.
