St Bernadettes - Scotland's Newest Primary School

In two and a half weeks this magnificent new school will open. Orinally agreed and conceived in 2004, it's been a long haul, but we're nearly there. I've been involved since 2005..In the photo from L to R are Cathy - the proud new headteacher who hasn't had a summer holiday at all this year getting it ready, Andrew, the new Director of Education, grinning from ear to ear at this fantastic addition to the local school estate, and Gary, the Head of Service who's driven this project forward for the last five years. To top things off, Steve, the architect has designed a building worthy of a RIBA award. Proud to have taken a small part in making this happen - I can't wait to see it full of happy kids - best part of my job. :-)
