Broncos Training Camp...

We headed across town to see the public Broncos training camp.  Now this is something special that I don't think you see much elsewhere. Certainly don't think you get it to the same degree in the UK.

Basically, they open their training facility to the public for free to watch the team train. You sit on a grassey verge cordoned only by a line on the grass and you get to watch the full team do drills for all the aspects of the game in preparation for the main season in a couple of weeks.

After lunch we headed up to Granby for the start of the 4 day wedding adventure.   We headed West into the mountains in a 4 or 5 car convoy into some pretty impressive scenery and roads. When hit the bottom of the pass we went over, the road on the satnav curved back on itself about 4 times on the screen with a sheer face on our right. It was a highway hairpinning up the side of a mountain.

A wee bit of faff which is normal and we made it. We're currently residing around 8500 feet in the Rockies.
