Curry time

Visit to our local Indian this evening for the other half and I - it's been a while. Lovely food as always. The Cobra was good too- the waiter tried his best to assure I was ladylike with the half pint glass. Not my usual style.

Woke up very early and couldn't get back to sleep. I dreamt that the other half's alarm went off only to discover on waking that it actually had! Decided to make use of the extra hours in the day and completed some school work. The landlady, who is also a family friend came for a quick check of the house and a longer catch up with mam and I. She shared some tempting tales of teaching in Thailand where she's been for 12 years! She claimed there's no chance of her ever returning either!
