BBC Countryfile Live

A lovely day today at the BBC Countryfile Live show with my friend T, courtesy of complementary tickets my friend M was unable to use. It was a huge event being run for the first time. Unfortunately we didn't get to see any of the Countryfile 'shows' as they were all booked weeks ago and the standing room areas were full. The other displays and stalls were excellent though, and there was more art / photography around than you normally see at these sort of things. This included enlargements of each of the winning photos featured in the Countryfile calendar - all were excellent.

The main downside was that it was the first day of this new event and there were long traffic delays getting in and out, plus teething problems like insufficient places to get a cup of tea and sit down and inadequate signage. Not sure I'd pay out for a full price ticket though as it's very expensive with paid car parking on top.
