Stormy

A day of family visiting where the windy weather stopped our "prepare ourselves" run this morning. Not sure it would have done enough anyway!
Once home, Body Combat was probably the best course of action. We were action family with my sister and Him Outdoors swimming; The Teen Lifeguarding then swimming ; my nephew at Velo club and me punching thin air !
